Artist Penthouse
The Artist Penthouse has a large light-flooded atelier with a gallery. There on the floor above are two bedrooms (a children's room and master bedroom).
On the ground you have a generously held living and dinning area and again a separate TV room. There are four terraces and two balconies. The terraces invite to gardening and relaxation and welcome spring with spent poor. There is a smaller kitchen with adjoining pre-chamber and laundry room. Here your sims definitive can work creative!
I have replaced the spiral staircase by a functional staircase of SYB. :)
