Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy for Digital Products

All products offered on this website are digital downloads and are delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase. According to § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right of withdrawal expires once:

1. the digital content has been delivered, and

2. the consumer has expressly agreed to the start of delivery before the end of the withdrawal period,

3. and confirmed awareness that this means waiving the right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you:

1. expressly agree that the digital content will be provided immediately,

2. acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires at the time of delivery, and

3. accept that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please note:

All builds and tutorials are playtested and created with care. However, as every player’s setup (mods, CC, system performance) differs, you are fully responsible for your own game environment. I cannot guarantee compatibility with every custom setup and do not assume liability for game crashes, errors, or conflicts caused by external mods or CC. If you believe a technical issue is directly related to a file purchased from me, feel free to contact me — I’ll be happy to take a look and fix it if possible. However, this does not create any legal entitlement to a refund. Thank you for understanding and for supporting independent creators.
