I love creating custom houses, apartments, and community lots for The Sims 4.
My focus is on atmospheric, thoughtfully designed spaces that feel lived-in, personal, and immersive — places that tell a story and feel natural within your Sims’ world.
I don’t work with a fixed aesthetic. Instead, I adapt my style to your idea, your mood, and your storyline — whether that’s cozy and warm, modern and minimal, or detailed and character-driven.

It gives you a genuine glimpse into how I work and what you can expect from a custom project.

A small but important note

I don’t recreate real-life buildings or copy existing architecture one-to-one.
References are used purely as inspiration — every commission is an original interpretation rather than a replica.

How commissions work

Each commission is a collaborative process. You share your idea, and I translate it into a build that fits your vision while staying true to my design approach: balance, mood, and realistic flow.

You’re very welcome to send reference images or inspiration to help communicate the atmosphere you’re looking for.

What I need from you

To understand your idea properly, please include as much of the following information as possible:

What would you like me to build?

  • Desired style or overall mood

  • Lot size

  • Favourite colours or materials

(house, apartment, communitylot)

  • Who lives there? A family, a single Sim, a storyline? What do they love to do?

  • Should the build be fully playable or mainly decorative?

  • What is most important to you? (layout, atmosphere, realism, storytelling, etc.)

  • Deadline, if there is one

Pricing & scope

Every commission is priced individually based on scope, size, number of rooms and overall level of detail.
Instead of fixed packages, I prefer to create a quote that truly fits your idea and the amount of work involved.

You’ll always receive a clear quote before I start — no obligation.

Room commissions

If you’re looking for a smaller project, I also offer room commissions.
This option is perfect if you’d like to redesign a single space rather than a full lot.

  • One fully designed room (approximately up to 10×10)

  • Can be based on an existing room you send me or created freely

  • Ideal for renovations, storytelling, or detailed interior focus

Starting at around 35€, depending on size and complexity.

Time & availability

Depending on complexity, a commission can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
If you have a deadline in mind, please let me know upfront so I can check availability.

I work with a limited number of commission slots at a time to ensure quality and focus. Before confirming a request, I’ll always let you know when the next slot is available and give you a realistic timeframe for completion.

I do my best to work efficiently and keep communication clear throughout the process.
