I have made a small make over of Willow Creek, which includes four lots. Even though Willow Creek has more of a New Orleans vibe, it now became more in my typical brownstone style. Nevertheless, I have tried to pick up individual elements that it fits at least contentwise well to the city. I also made sure to build the plots in such a way that there is a visual axis from the first to the fourth lot, which should provide a better gaming experience, and it is also great for photos. With the help of some of my loyal patreons I collected ideas and this is what I came up with:

Part 1 of the Willow Creek make over is the art gallery. It is in an old building with high ceilings full of paintings and sculptures from different eras. On the top floor there is also an exhibition of modern art. In addition to the classic exhibition space, the gallery also offers a place to paint and a store where you can buy art prints or enjoy a coffee in the light-filled annex after the exhibition.

Part 2 of the part of the Willow Creek make overs is an Italian Restauraunt. It has three floors, an open area where you can watch the pizza maker cooking, a private room where you can eat undisturbed with your family and a large room for couples in love and larger groups. In the basement there is a wine cellar for tastings and a small secret room reminiscent of Prohibition. Adjacent to the restaurant is a tiny bubbletea store. On the opposite side of the restaurant is a cozy but pre-stuffed multi-story bookstore and a two-story men's clothing store.

Part 3 of the Willow Creek make over is the "Willow Creek street 3". There you will find a yoga studio, a flower store with adjoining small workshop and warehouse. The opposite side offers a small store called "baby blue", a butcher and cheese dairy and a multi-story coworking area among other things also space for a small detective agency..

The fourth and final part of the Willow Creek make overs is a speakeasy bar. It is large and spreads over two floors. there is a bar area, enough tables and bar tables, a stage for a jazz or blues band, a gallery and lots of comfortable armchairs. The outdoor area also invites you to linger in the summer. So that everything colorwiseh fits together I have created a small Recolor set which complements my existing Recolors. Next to the bar is a small tailor shop with a photo studio. Nearby there is an old movie theater with two theaters. In the middle of the tree-lined square there is a modern cafe.
