Magnolia Promenade Collection
The Magnolia Promenade Collection reimagines the district as a lively, walkable shopping and leisure area. Each lot was designed to work both individually and as part of a larger promenade, creating a cohesive urban experience full of everyday life, social spaces, and storytelling potential.
Magnolia Promenade 1–4
Part 1 of the Magnolia Promenade marks the beginning of the shopping district, with three additional parts following later.
This lot features the restaurant “Chic Dining”, designed in a clean, modern concrete style.
On the ground floor, Sims can enjoy casual lunches or drinks with friends, while the upper level offers a fine dining area — perfect for elegant dinners or special family occasions. Outside, a spacious terrace invites Sims to enjoy sunny afternoons.
In addition to the restaurant, the lot includes:
a three-story gallery showcasing modern art
a café with a large terrace, ideal for breakfast or a drink at sunset
a minimarket located downstairs for quick errands
a small, well-frequented hair salon tucked around the corner
magnolia pub
The second part of the Magnolia Promenade is a cozy pub with a terrace — or, as you’d say in German, a Biergarten.
The outdoor area features a small open-air cinema, perfect for warm summer nights. Sims can gather to watch classic films together or enjoy a relaxed evening while cheering on a soccer match.
Magnolia Cineplex & BBQ Grill
With this lot, Sims no longer have to stay home in front of the TV.
Stroll along the Magnolia Promenade, enjoy a meal at the BBQ Grill Restaurant, and then spend the evening with popcorn and a cold drink at the Cineplex Movie Theater.
The cinema includes seven movie auditoriums, one of which is a private home theater — ideal for wealthy Sims who prefer exclusive screenings or have planned a particularly romantic date.
After the movie, Sims can:
enjoy a cocktail in the cinema lounge
head straight into the next screening for a full movie marathon
Magnolia Promenade 5-9
This is the fourth and final part of the Magnolia Promenade makeover. The building brings together several small shops, including an antique store, a hairdresser, a boutique, and a cozy café serving waffles, as well as a closed dispensary that adds a slightly rough, urban touch to the area. Above the storefronts is a private apartment with a rooftop terrace and an outdoor cinema. The interior of the apartment is intentionally a little chaotic and eclectic, making it a perfect fit for a younger single Sim. The lot was designed so Sims can stroll past the shops from both sides, which allows you to use the building either as a community space or as a residential property, depending on how you want to integrate it into your save.
Magnolia grocery store
A brand-new grocery store has opened its doors in Magnolia Promenade. Spanning two floors, it offers everything your Sims need for their everyday life. Alongside a wide variety of decorative details, you’ll also find plenty of fully functional objects to enrich your gameplay. For the most immersive experience, I highly recommend using Sryl’s Complete Cooking Overhaul mod. Right next to the supermarket, a cozy Starbucks invites your Sims to grab a coffee before or after their shopping trip.
