Part 1 of the shopping district in the next few months, three more will follow. On this lot you will find a restaurant called “Chic Dining”, this is designed concrete and clean style. On the ground floor you can eat normally with friends for lunch, or something to drink. Above is the Fine Dining area, where you can eat exquisite food, perfect for a noble family dinner. Outside there is a large outdoor area to enjoy the sunshine. In addition to the restaurant, you will find a gallery with modern art over three floors. Next to these is a cafe with great, terrace ideal for breakfast or a drink in the setting sun. If you walk the stairs down, you can make a few errands in the minimarkt. Or you walk around the corner, two floors up and cut the hair in a small well-visited hair salon.
The Second Part of the Magnolia shopping street. A Pub with a Terrace or in German you would say a “Biergarten”. There is a little outdoor cinema, for hot summer nights, where people can watch together old classic films or soccer.
Your sims do not have to squatting in front of the TV. You can now stroll comfortably on the Magnolia Promenade, eat in the BBQ Grill Restaurant, and then enjoy the evening with a big bag of popcorn and a Coke with an exciting movie in the Cineplex Movie Theater. There are seven movie auditoriums. One of them is a private home theater for the snobs under your Sims. Who do not want to sit with the common people in a room or have planned a very romantic date. After the film end, they can drink a cocktail in the middle of the cinema before it goes home or they decide for a movie marathon and glow straight into the next blockbuster.
This is the last and fourth part of the Magnolia Promenade. There is an antique store, a hairdresser, a small boutique, a café where they serve waffles and a closed weed store. Above is an apartment with a roof terrace and outdoor cinema. The apartment is somewhat caotically and thrown together furnished and is ideal for a younger single sim. The building was built so that Sims can stroll past the stores from both sides. Have fun and I'm curious if you will use the property communally or as a residential property.
A new grocery store has opened in Magnolia Promenade. It has two floors and there your Sims can find everything they need for their everyday life. Among numerous deco objects are also placed many functional objects. I recommend Sryl's complete cooking overhaul mod for the best possible gaming experience. Adjacent to the supermarket, there is a Starbucks, where your Sims can get a coffee before or after.
