The clean kitchen

The Clean Kitchen is a fine dining restaurant set in an elegant penthouse in San Myshuno. High ceilings create a light-filled, airy atmosphere, while refined materials and a minimalist design establish a luxurious yet understated mood.

An adjoining lounge invites guests to linger, while a private cigar lounge offers an exclusive retreat for true connoisseurs. On the upper floor, a dedicated event space allows for modern wedding ceremonies and special celebrations. The venue is perfectly suited for fine dining experiences as well as unforgettable occasions.

The Three Seals Motel is an aging roadside motel made for lazy afternoons by the pool under the burning sun. Each of the 11 hotel rooms varies in size and interior style, ranging from colorful, playful designs to vintage 1970s vibes.

Some rooms are single accommodations, while others offer multiple beds, making the motel suitable for use as a small apartment complex. Adjacent to the motel, a classic diner completes the American roadside charm.

Located on the outskirts of Oasis Springs on a 20x30 lot, Futura Diner & Bowling combines retro charm with modern flair. Decorated in pink, black, and white, the building houses a diner and a bowling alley with seating throughout.

On the second floor, guests will find a bar and a small stage for live music or karaoke nights. The lot is fully equipped and can easily switch between lounge and restaurant gameplay.
