How to place it?
In order to be able to place the building in a functional position, you first have to go to work with your Sim. Then enter via the cheat console ([STRG] + [SHIFT] + [C]), then enter: "bb.enablefreebuild". Now you have access to the construction mode and can replace the police station. But think about activating "bb.moveobjects on" beforehand.
