Ice Babe - Ice cream studio
In great collaboration with Winner9 has created a wonderful set for an ice cream parlor, which you can purchase on Winner9s here. On a 20x15 lot I have built a colorful two-story ice cream parlor, with the set mint to be of RVSN, the ice cream parlor is functional and your Sims can feast there ice cream, but also cafe and sweet pieces.
A small side note: On the pictures you can see a slightly expanded outdoor area that I have added with the TOOL mod additionally and which is not included after. You can notice on some pictures a thin white line this is the boarder of the lot and helps you to see what is not included.
