At the top under the roof lies the third apartment – a moody one-room flat, slightly gothic and a bit run-down. 🖤 Perfect for someone just moving in after a breakup, a young bachelor(ette), or anyone fitting the slightly eerie charm of the neighborhood of Forgotten Hollow.

Shared spaces bring the house together: a laundry room on the top floor, a garage, and a rooftop terrace with grill, sunbathing spots, and an easel for late summer evenings and creative hours. 🌇🎨
