The single-family house stands on a 40x30 lot and is home to lots of living space. There is an inviting master bedroom on the first floor, with an adjoining alcove for a baby, as well as a fitness room and a spacious living/dining area. On the upper floor there is a children's room with two beds and two teenage bedrooms. One teenager is a passionate gamer and the other loves the sea and surfing. Upstairs there are also two bathrooms and a gallery with an office niche. The garden offers enough space for a cow, chicken and horse stable, as well as plenty of space for planting vegetables and herbs.
